How long can I receive the item after I receive the order completion notice?

When your payment/credit card data is verified, the transaction will complete the payment process and FLIPPOS will deliver the goods to you within seven working days (excluding weekends and national holidays).

In order to protect the integrity of the goods, we will package the goods carefully and deliver to your address. Please check the package immediately after receiving the goods, confirm that the package is intact.

Could I specify the delivery time and date?

Please leave your convenience time and date in the remarks area when you check out.
The Time period will be: Morning, Afternoon or the Evening.

If the specified date is a continuous holiday, the date before and after the date is the peak period of the logistics, and the arrival time and date cannot be specified. You can still marked the specified time and date, but we cannot be guaranteed to be delivered on time. The actual delivery time depends on the logistics companies.

Shipping time is seven days a week, 24 hours?

The logistics company will deliver the items from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.

FLIPPOS will process those orders placed before 4pm everyday and those orders placed after 4pm will be processed at the next day.

No order would be processed on weekends and national holidays, those orders placed at the weekends or national holidays will be processed and shipping on the next working date.

It's been 7 working date, why am i still not receive my order items?

Please use the "Track Order" function of the web page to check the current order status.

  • If "confirmed" is displayed, your order payment is success process and FLIPPOS will collect your purchase items and shipping out within 2 working days.
  • If "Complete" is displayed, your order item has been shipping out by FLIPPOS.

If I need to change the address, what should i do?

Once you finsh the check out step which the order has been placed you could not change address.

Please contact FLIPPOS custeromer service staff to change the order shipping address for you.
