As the first design of FLIPPOS, the name ‘Red Leaf’ represents the irreplaceable meaning from our team to the affections towards local Taiwan.
The design has been inspired by the Hong-Ye Little League Baseball in Yanping Township, Taitung County. The team was trained with stone as the ball, and sticks as the bat in such harsh environment. But they defeated the world champion in 1968 which began the national baseball rage and flipped Taiwan since then.
The color is red of course, which represents Hong-Ye Little League Baseball. The traditional Bunun totem has been used as the concept of the design. When the stocking is folded, you will see the golden yellow representing the championship, which means a completely flipped life.
